Sophie just accidently hit herself with a brush she was swinging around. She came up to me, and said in her best winey tattle-tale voice (that I think she's learning at school) "Mommy! I hit me."
i love that! and i love that g. is in the stage of ratting herself out--did sophie do that too? she comes up to me the other day and says, "did you put your hand in the potty? did you put harold the helicopter in the potty?" as she holds out the dripping wet harold and arm....:)
I love it. that's beyond priceless. those are the times when I wish that we had the capability of rewinding reality so we can watch stuff again and play stuff for our friends.

Silly, silly Sophie. Did she then expect someone to be punished for the hitting? Or did she just need some attention?
I always hit myself when I need some attention.
